Pros

Plenty of overtime pre pandemic, always hiring, and has decent benefits for medical and retirement

Cons

Terrible HR that blabs anything you say about management, either has you working a crap ton of overtime or barely being able to get enough hours, people in management/supervisor positions don't have anyone regulating their behavior or actions, will do anything to keep you from getting a raise

Pros

Good health insurance and easy work if landing in the right bay.

Cons

A lot of Lazy supervisors talk and walk around alot. Some bays get mandated Saturdays consistently while other bays get short or no fridays consistently. HOT! Temps reach into the 90s regularly in the summer and spring. About 70-80 in the winter and fall. Job is very tideous and certain bays are harder to work in and more likely for new people or temps to be placed into.
