Decent wages and bonuses were the only pro.

Cons

This is a company that encourages back stabbing and a toxic professional level work environment. I still have nightmares about working for this company. They will do anything to succeed and act like they are a "pro" employee company. I have never hated a culture more than I did at Royal.

Starting wage is decent, easy to manage once a routine is developed, bonuses every quarter based on company sales, ESOP ownership

Cons

Women have less chances for advancement; a lot of money is put into increasing wages for new hires rather than increasing current employees' wages; boring work
