Very misleading about Saturday work.

Cons

Was told 3 times did not work on Saturdays. I specifically asked during my interview. I was told no we very rarely work on Saturdays. I had one Saturday off in a year

Overtime availability varies based on customer orders and shipment deadlines and can occur on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays to help with work-life balance.

Bonuses, I can't think of anything else but Glassdoor needs 5 words

Cons

Bad culture, bad managers, bad communication, a lot of sexual harrassment, no room for advancement, insurance isn't great, unprofessional, a lot of overtime that they claim is "temporary" but has continued for 6 years without pause. When you put in your two weeks, they use that time to try to manipulate you by combining ESTIMATED ESOP earnings into your salary that they calculate, which is money that cannot be touched while employed, and then compare it to their calculated salary of what they say you will be earning at your next job. They also think that closing on Sundays is a rare benefit and tried to manipulate me by stating I will work a lot of Sundays at my next job, which I never have.
