Bad management, lying, no follow through with promises. Managers play favorites, don't treat everyone fairly and with the same standard.

They don’t pay well, unfair to employees, over controlling management team and have no desire to move to this century with technology

Decent wages and bonuses were the only pro.

Cons

This is a company that encourages back stabbing and a toxic professional level work environment. I still have nightmares about working for this company. They will do anything to succeed and act like they are a "pro" employee company. I have never hated a culture more than I did at Royal.
