Our overtime will fluctuate week to week depending on customer orders and we try our best to spread the work evenly between our team members. Some fun people, traditional values, ESOP + 401k package, bonuses were pretty big before COVID

Cons

SMALL. Everybody knows everybody and gossip spreads quickly.
