This company has no prospect at all. No strategy and vision from management. It is like a company repeating the daily routine without finding a way to survive in fast pace world. Not much biz and customer there. The office is half empty because of high turnover rate and the recent firing.
Staff work there either ages or less than a year. Passionate and smart people wont stay there. There won't be any room for career growth.
Poor compensation and benefit! No bonus and double-pay. Very unusual long working hours in hk (9am-6:30pm. Clock-in-clock-out is required).
Basically, there is no team spirit. People are isolated. The IT team is not permitted to collaborate with other team because of the ridiculous rule set by the IT solution architect. Most of time, I was working on my own to guess what users want even I didn't have knowhow in this industry. The working atmosphere is very discouraging. It seems like a software house to "invent" a system rather than what an inhouse IT department should do.
Very poor and disorganized to manage IT projects. Very fuzzy and weird way to allocate work to team member. IT big guys just work for their own hidden agenda. The manager there claimed he was open for suggestion. But, he instructed the team to follow his idea at the end.
Technology-wise, it is very low end. The company can even break the software without paying subscription fee to software provider.
Recruiters oversold the prospect of this company. Don’t trust them!
