Not much, you'll get paid on time, thats about it. They'll literally take anyone they can get.
Cons
Lot's of office politics, Lack of leadership, accountability, low staff moral. No synergy, lots of cliques in the office resulting in a clear divide. No career progression, very little prospects, low salary, poor management.
