Pros

Cutting edge Engineering has positioned Rubbercraft to appear to be the industry leader in polymers. A new facility adds to the allure.

Cons

Benefits and salaries are much below average except for the top 2 positions. The turnover rate is very high for professional and technical positions, and no long term security in company since it was sold to investment bankers. Multi-tiered benefits for a select few employees in the form of stock options are also not available to most. Poorly managed company since it was sold.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

Very short-sighted, but being a small company, I understand they can't wait for economic turnarounds. Makes very short-term decisions that hurt company more longer term.
