Interesting industry, the management is disorganized

Pros

Good pay and benefits, PTO, everybody is friendly, catered lunches occasionally, chik-fil-a every other week, recycling and sustainability is a core value.

Cons

No training, management is not strong, they act before they think and have suffered the repercussions. Hiring a lot of new people with no experience or education. Accounting department is very understaffed and it leads to late and missed payments. Job can be very boring and frustrating.

Pros

Management and training and a decent salary. Good people for the most part to work with. Good health plans. There is a fun working environment almost all of the time

Cons

I don't feel like there is job security. Too many long time employees getting let go. Also a lot of long term employees quitting due to not liking the direction everything is headed.
