Pros

Great experience, excellent culture, a good opportunity to interact with different people and multiple clients. Stable firm with good benefits.

Cons

Salary and annual raises are a little lower than expected. Promotions are difficult to come by. Busy season is challenging. Recognition is also hard to get at times. Understaffed.
