      Pros

      You make about $150-200+ a morning. Restaurant is only open from 7am-3pm(sometimes 4pm). Story of the company is lovely!

      Management picked favorites and left others with horrible shifts

      Pros

      Food is delicious, money was great, BOH employees were awesome, most of the other servers were fun to work with. Regulars were AMAZING.

      Cons

      Management is literally the worst I have ever experienced. They didn’t care about the employees, only about sales. Parking was also an issue, ESPECIALLY during Mardi Gras/Essence Fest.

      Always busy,good money. Hours are very good because they only do days! Also training is very easy as well! This is a very easy job!

      Cons

      Negativity, management, and very hostile. Employees are very mean to each other. Management does not know how to handle employees because they have a different agenda.
