- management is open to change if it makes a process better - gives unlimited resources to achieve - fast growing - community invovlement - quarterly bonuses for management - get to be home for dinner

Cons

- growing fast, so sometimes things get lost in the shuffle - there is sometimes a lot on a managers plate and things get pushed down the priority line - early morning

When it's busy, the money is good and you are done by 3:00.

Cons

You have to work every weekend to make money. It can be slow during the week.

Pros

Food is delicious, money was great, BOH employees were awesome, most of the other servers were fun to work with. Regulars were AMAZING.

Cons

Management is literally the worst I have ever experienced. They didn’t care about the employees, only about sales. Parking was also an issue, ESPECIALLY during Mardi Gras/Essence Fest.
