Pros

Family owned and owners really care about their employees, they promote within, develop their employees, empower employees to make contributions to their job and the success of the company. Benefit package is good.

Cons

Some times it takes longer than one would like to get promoted, not a huge company so pay is more to the average but make up for it in benefits.

I got out before they could find something to use against me

Cons

They do not treat their employees fairly. I am ashamed that I let my boss influenced how I treated the employees. And they do not pay the Hispanics fairly treat them like dogs.
