Great team environment with very inspiring, fun people. Amazing creative opportunities and collaborations with exciting partners. Work load is manageable and designers are acknowledged for their effort to create fresh, innovative designs that sell well to the Ruggable customer.

Cons

With the unlimited PTO, some people do take more time off and yet they are payed the same as the ones who do not. This dynamic, at times, can feel unfair to people that put in the extra hours.
