Pros
The company is very progressive and is always looking of ways to innovate and automate their current process.
Cons
Lots of broken promises like traveling less for work, not traveling during height of Covid 19, being able to go to conferences and learn, go to Pack Expo, department off site for team building, and among the more important things. Family members do not make the day to day business decisions, they hire outside to do this work. Rating of CEO does not apply to Fred Ruiz since he is not the CEO. The business is family owned but feels a lot more corporate so be wary of this.
