High school envierment. Evey one for them self .leads dont work long hours have to work on holidays no management everyone runing around , chaos

Same schedule pay is ok vacation good insurance is great as far as regular Drs visits but not dental or eye

Cons

If the management wants its employees to be able to perform the job duties required by team members then management should be able to preform the same job duties without having to be shown how to do the job duties for once you need to take and actually listen to the employees who make your paycheck for you not just sit behind a desk for 8 to 12 hours a day

The people are the best reason to work here: smart, committed, and hard working. The hours can sometimes be long, as is true anywhere, but at least you get to work with talented and engaged people. Ample opportunities to work with top executives to let your talent shine and be recognized. Oh, and the on-sight cafeteria serves an outstanding chile verde!

Cons

Finance can pull some cyclically long hours based on recurring tasks throughout the month or one-time ad hoc analysis demands.
