Pros

Same schedule pay is ok vacation good insurance is great as far as regular Drs visits but not dental or eye

Cons

If the management wants its employees to be able to perform the job duties required by team members then management should be able to preform the same job duties without having to be shown how to do the job duties for once you need to take and actually listen to the employees who make your paycheck for you not just sit behind a desk for 8 to 12 hours a day

Good benefits - vacation/sick pay and great insurance.

Cons

The values the company had when managed by family are no longer. The work/family values have been replaced with sometimes tyranny. Executives are allowed to make your life miserable.
