Great management team of world-class talent. Excellent exposure to best-practices in CPG marketing while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of a family-owned business.

Cons

Location is a big challenge for Ruiz Foods. Additionally, the company has experienced high turnover during the past 5 years, which is definitely taking its toll on the culture.
