Bad management.
Favoritism.
Management abusing there positions.
Horrible hours.
Uneven work load.
I worked there as a line runner, machine operator, lead and sanitor. I spent 4 years with the company and it was miserable since day one. They do not care about you. Their point system is flawed and will not take doctors notes or let you leave in case of emergency. The management in production and packaging is awful, they show blatant favorites and will promote as such. The benefits are ok but i fair because the annual raise is the same amount that they raise the insurance so you’ll end up making the same. The work culture is extremely toxic. If you are a female who works there then get ready to get sexually harassed. People move departments all the time just to get away from the people because it is just not a good work experience. HR is rarely helpful and are condescending and will treat you like poorly. I have been told before if I had a problem with something then I am free to quit. You have to check you paycheck and make sure you were payed correctly since they will mess up your pay. 3rd shift management would double check the stubs for this reason but 1st and 2nd didn’t. This place is not worth the stress and anxiety that they will put you through.
