Learning a new industry that most are not knowledgeable of.

Cons

There was virtually no training. I shadowed a girl that was on her cell phone more interested in what her boyfriend was doing than showing me how to navigate the computer programs. There we no scheduled breaks and management complained if you took your full half-hour lunch due to the call volume. Treats call center employees poorly. Bust your tail for little pay in a poor environment.
