+Great team who helps you learn, very supportive, let's you lead projects or find what you're passionate about it and take the lead +good work, sometimes interesting, flow of projects are fun to be engaged with +get to work with different clients, sometimes all over the world +engaged team and get to WFH or have hybrid experience

Cons

+PTO is kinda non-existent since it's based on accrual +can get burnt out easily since it's fast paced +quick turn on projects +not enough benefits

MSFT teams are fantastic, great people and passionate leaders. They are interested in finding the right fit for both the team and you. True collaborators.

Cons

The headquarters side is a mess of pettiness ans micromanaging. They are not interested in real progress and collaboration. No real support and guidance when you come to them with issues or for help. Looking for bodies and not necessarily the best fits.
