Pros

The only pro is the discount. But most retail offers a discount.

Cons

Poor training, greedy corporate, too worried about keeping labor costs down so you can’t keep the good employees. You will not get rewarded for going above and beyond. Their “family” business is not family. The newest top corporate are ruining a once good company. Thy keep opening stores when they should take care of the stores and employees they have.
