Stuck behind current retail trends for employment

Very family oriented, closed on Thanksgiving, flexible, up to an hour for lunch.

Cons

- Their computer systems are stuck in the past. - Their wages are not competitive, i can work less at Target as a cashier for a base pay of $15 and Runnings will pay their department managers less and wonder why they can't get people in. - "Flexible working hours"

Pros

I started with the company at a new store building it from the ground up. Made alot of great friends out of working here for nearly the year I've been here now. Gaining a lot of experience with the chance to get trained by great companies like stihl, husqvarna and cub cadet.

Cons

my current downside is I wish I had more associates in my department to keep up with my work load and keeping product stocked and assembled
