Pros

I love that I see animals, interacting with people, helping the customers. Does the best to accommodate your chosen schedule.

Cons

Management never listens or holds people accountable. Most times staff is either angry and their attitudes push onto others, because of Management. The few that work are miserable because they are expected to do everything plus some. Horrible communication!
