Pros
Pay is good, especially for assistant manager and managers, great amount of paid time off, tuition reimburssment, main holidays off , paid trips for winners, bonuses, salaries can go 100k+ for managers
Cons
Sometimes stressful during rushes, smell like onions all the time, depending on the store, you don't close until 10 pm,
