When there is good management, it is a great workplace where you get along greatly with coworkers.

Cons

Short breaks(10-15mins (which is only enough time to force food down your throat)) that you only get when working 7 hours. Only 1 break a day, even if someone works 9-10 hours.

Very flexible hours Pay is fine to start When you have a good team, it is very enjoyable.

Cons

Supervisors are often left unchecked and then they cause discord among employees. Runza is trying very hard to grow and it shows as they become very corporate and lose what made them special to Nebraska. The raises are a joke. Often hire too many and you get shorted in your scheduled hours. Will ignore staffing issues until it is critical and then they are understaffed.
