      Pros

      Pay is good, especially for assistant manager and managers, great amount of paid time off, tuition reimburssment, main holidays off , paid trips for winners, bonuses, salaries can go 100k+ for managers

      Cons

      Sometimes stressful during rushes, smell like onions all the time, depending on the store, you don't close until 10 pm,

      Pros

      Pro's were that you learned a lot and got to actually experience all parts of working there. The team was also very fun and friendly to work with and was very drama free. The company owners also tended to treat their employees well.

      Cons

      Con's fairly low pay though that is to be expected.
