      Pros

      Less dealership drama than majority of other dealers. People usually mind their own business.

      Cons

      Pay plan has become ridiculously atrocious. Very close minded old timers sitting at the management seats including almost 90yr old Paul Rusnak meaning it's either their way or high way. Their way is usually to squeeze every time out of employees pocket.
