Top management still adhere to the authoritarian model. They have this absurd idea that working for them is a privilege and you should feel honored. They are nowhere near being the best in their industry

The staff is really easy to get along with. Everyone is very helpful towards each other. Very professional atmosphere in the way the corporate handles affairs. Made a lot of friends here as well as it being an overall good place to work!

Cons

No real big downsides compared to other places I have worked for.
