Not too many pros unless you are Management or are “in” with the correct managers.
Cons
This company used to be a great company to work for. When I first started working for this company years ago it seemed less corporate and more family ran. Over the years it has become so corporate. Management and higher only care about how much money you are making for them every second of the day. They do not care about you the person or how long you’ve been with the company. Upper Management will yell, scream and pound on desks to make it clear that they have no problem firing you and that everyone in that company is replaceable. This has occurred multiple times over issues that are out of the control of the employees that they are yelling at. Middle management is a revolving door so it’s difficult to build a good relationship with your immediate Manager. It seems as though there are too many Managers that all seem to have a different take on how things should be ran. This can make it difficult to operate.
