The company is stable and well structured so you do not have any issues you do at the other groups such as late checks, unheard complaints, etc. They have a good culture and stuff and corporate office so you have the support. I liked the fact I could go to my GM straight away if I had an issue or question. A lot of training. Good HR department. They always pick up the phone and help you.

Cons

Wish there were more locations in the inland empire because I had to move to be with family.
