Fun and fulfilling

Pros

Fun job you don’t take home with you! If you do this right and listen to leadership, this is a great job you can make good money at. Beautiful office and really nice people. This is a growing company so sometimes you have to wear multiple hats, but that’s NORMAL… it’s called work. In my opinion, the negative reviews scream “entitled brats who don’t know the meaning of hard work.”

Cons

Don’t even bother applying if you don’t have a strong work ethic.

Pros

Don’t make the assumption that just because I’m writing a positive review means that I’m attempting to invalidate the negative reviews. All reviews on this platform hold merit. Your experience will likely be different from mine. All I can do is tell you is that my specific experience was great. It’s a job that I woke up excited about every morning. I have zero regrets and I’ll always be happy I worked here.

Cons

I have nothing worth adding to this section. My experience was my own, and it was overall very good. I left for personal reasons that I choose not to disclose even anonymously.

A resume booster

Pros

A good little boost to your resume if that’s what you’re looking for. RH&A is a great company, but it isn’t for everyone. After a year of trying to make it work, I realized that I didn’t exactly fit in with the company culture. It happens. It’s not a shot against the agency itself. I wanted it to work because it’s such a great agency to work for. So if you fit in, I imagine it’ll be a highly rewarding career move.

Cons

I need a work environment that’s more focused on creating a balance for its employees, rather than expecting us to find our own.
