Pros

A company that doesn’t give you anything for free. You have to earn it but damn does it feel good when all of your hard work pays off. I wouldn’t recommend this company for everyone. The level of investment it takes on your part to succeed may be more than what you’re willing to pay out. That’s okay. You may be better suited to a slower paced environment and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, if you’re a high energy go-getter than you should consider giving Russ Hadick a try.

Cons

May be too much for some people to handle.

Pros

After working here for nearly a year- I went from a base plus bonus to a commission only plan. This month I am earning more than I ever have before. This is do to my own diligence and hard work. I am earning what my effort affords me. In my first year, I went on 1 small trip and a honeymoon after my wedding. There have been plenty of time off when necessary for personal or medical. You get what you earn.

Cons

Long hours- This is not an 8-5, this is 8-5 plus weekend and nightly planning. If you don't have drive to achieve and do better than the day, month or year before, then you will put yourself out of a job. This isn't a con- more of a reality check.
