Everything else. Fired a recruiter on the Monday of Thanksgiving. Yelled at daily. Toxic environment.

Good recruiting classes for free from another company

Cons

Benefits are expensive and low coverage All the money you bring in gets sucked up by the owner and all your expenses because you have to pay for everything. Your 100% commission and by the time you reach a nice percent cut the owner makes you start out at the bottom every year and work your way back up. Once he gets comfortable with you he screams and yells and theres not much sense to his reasons. The doors are revolving. If you are good at what you do they get jealous and get rude with you and tell you that you will never be as good as they are.

Where to start..if you like to get micromanaged yelled at this is your place. 12 people came and left in 12 months Russ started this as a faith based company just the opposite. Made me sick to my stomach. They paid their employees gift cards to write good reviews. run far away
