Commission is uncapped, so every sale you make with the current structure is yours unless there is a chargeback.

Cons

Commission structure changed recently and it’s not reflecting in my paycheck like they said it would. Benefits for families is also through the nose, decent if you’re single!

- Supporting every 100% of stores without a full staff so there would be days you would take 100 inbound calls - Management talks down to employees - Not very accommodating with schedule shifts - Having to switch your entire shift if you’re not high enough on the board
