Cons

Started with the company in May and they told me they didnt do layoffs for the winter. They also dont pay out the PTO when you leave.

Pay is fine. That is all I can say that is complimentary.

Cons

Lack of benefits, training, not friendly or welcoming. High turnover. They do not trust no appreciate their employees. Negative environment. Company is unable to except change.
