Think twice before working here

Pros

There are some nice colleagues outside of management mostly.

Cons

Pretty toxic culture, not the best place to work if you have a strong code of ethics and morals. Upper management markets the company as a hybrid work environment but then punish employees for exercising flexibility. Glorify and encourage working while on PTO. High turnover rate. Care more about having butts in seats than providing a motivated, safe and healthy work atmosphere. Finger pointing, blame, and tattletale culture. Average pay and benefits.

Pros

A lot of systems have change recently including the use of Workday which is so much better than ADP. This has really helped have transparency throughout the company between employees and managers.

Cons

As will all systems, still working out the bugs.
