Weekly pay, decent pay for the area.

Every other conceivable aspect. Not an exaggeration. Management is awful, corporate is just as bad. This is bay far the most horribly mismanaged company I have ever worked for, or even known of. We've had a ton of people who have been covid positive, and the company not only doesn't let the people working with them know we've been exposed, they do whatever they can to actively hide it. Ooh! And they're bussing prison inmates 2+ hours each way to *try* to stem the lack of staffing, because everyone who lives here knows better than to work there, because it is seriously that awful. Run far and fast. Seriously, work anywhere else. Flipping burgers for minimum wage is a step up from RSC.

If you like eating chocolate, there's that. Not much else, though

Cons

Too many to list. Has always been more focused on their bottom line than anything else. People don't matter. Health insurance was through Blue Cross, but decisions on what to cover were made at HQ, apparently, and covered very little. They somehow knew who was battling cancer and terminated them when the most needed the security of a job and health insurance. HQ employees were subject to limitations applicable to factory line employees. No exceptions made for anyone no matter the situation. Rated one star as I couldn't NOT give a rating.

Co-workers were great! Hard working, dedicated and loyal.

Cons

The H.R. Department! It's their way or the highway! No people skills. Everything is by the book without consideration of the employee's situation. Before the pandemic it was unheard of to work from home, even if necessary. People would rather quit their job than take anything to H.R. and some how they continue to get away with their poor treatment of people.
