      Making a difference in making an iconic brand more relevant in today's market.

      Cons

      Mandates come from the parent company in Switzerland who do not produce a similar product. HR Department is unethical, biased, chauvinistic, and old-fashioned!

      They are driving in the company in the right direction. Change is not fast, nor is it easy. It is not a company for those that expect to come in and let it run. You have to be a starter, self-sufficient, and straightforward.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of management changes. It can be challenging to get the same message consistently. Hourly and maintenance pay could be better to attract more quality workers.
