Pros
The company has really grown. The new renovations to the factory were very much needed. I like how our HR and upper management care about the well being of their coworkers. They do their best to work with every one who works there. Getting more people that care into positions where they can make a difference is key. Dave is doing a great job listening to the employees and trying to do the right thing by acting on concerns. He isn't just saying words, he is putting the things he says into actions.
Cons
Accountability needs to be worked on. People need to take responsibility for their actions or bad calls. Too many times I hear its an other shifts or departments fault.
