      Pros

      The pay is decent for employment in Corsicana TX and the scheduled workdays are usually Mon-Thur, 10 hours a day until holiday season comes around at the end/beginning of the year.

      Cons

      This company's management approach not only lacks defined structure, the ones with powerful positions are also well known for corruption and autocratic tendencies. Very few managers there genuinely care for the well-being of their employees. "Trust nobody" and "Look out for yourself" are common phrases said amongst the lower leveled staff members at Russell Stover's.

      Hours were readily available and work was fast paced so the days went by fast

      Cons

      the days you were supposed to work would not be told to you when you were off work so you had to call and see if they scheduled you to work I saw several people get wrote up for not knowing also a day off was never an option

      Pay is good for what you're doing Paid holidays after 90 days of employment Free chocolate Benefits Paid weekly 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks Work is fairly easy

      Training (or lack thereof) is a joke Hard to find a parking space You get pulled away from your work area frequently if they are short handed 10 hour shift can drag sometimes Overnight front desk receptionist is unprofessional, rude, and degrading
