Pros

It is good to know the product and how to make the candy. Customers that are happy to come in to the store and want to know about what is available to them.

Cons

Working hours are sometimes not so good with personal life...it clashes with attending funcitons and the staff is short of workers...due to the low pay hourly. Getting raises are not as good either. Corporate is not as understanding of any thing concerning the employee. Personal contact is at a distance. Only phone contact.

Pros

The money was decent, the candy is good.

Cons

too many hours with hiring criteria being too strict to easily hire more help. generally holidays mean little to no days off with ridiculously long hours. overtime money is nice, but not at the expense of general well-being and overall happiness as a person.
