      Everyone not on same page. People can be mean and gossip. Some don’t like to work. Most people should be termed for not doing their job.

      Russell Stover was a wonderful company to work for until they were bought by Lindt Sprungli. They have NO idea what they had!!!

      Pros

      Russell Stover is a great company to work for! There is tremendous career growth opportunity and the culture is one where we all look out for each other. I feel that my colleagues are helpful and we do our best to live up to the Russell Stover Values. Overall, I am very happy here and have strong faith that this organization will continue to develop me and my peers.

      Cons

      The company is in the midst of transitioning process direction. This undoubtedly leads to some frustrations between departments but the organization is on the right path.
