      Very good balance within the team between locals and expats, makes work much more interesting and rewarding, good comp and benefits package

      Cons

      There are a lot of opportunities within the company, a lot of projects you can come up with, as a result you need to watch your work/life balance carefully.

      Lasting friendships from my time there.

      Cons

      During my time there, the only way to excel was to be favored by upper management. President & directors brought in friends for upper management positions. Upper management has since changed and may have a different atmosphere. YMMV.
