Pros
Fun company, they enjoy throwing parties and taking teams out to events every now and then. Interesting industry to be in. Most of the co-workers are nice and friendly.
Cons
Toxic workplace, departments are pinned against each other. Departments are not willing to step outside of their job description, and push things off onto other people. This company hires and promotes the worst middle management. If you can't play the corporate game, this company is not for you. There is a lack of decision makers, everything goes to the CEO.
