-Flexibility/Hybrid Scheduling -The Leadership values your feedback and makes appropriate changes (i.e. PTO got revamped based on results from employee surveys) -The CEO and Leadership is present, friendly, helpful, and want to get to know you. -Company culture is a focal point. The company celebrates holidays and events by hosting festivities throughout the year (i.e. recently Juneteenth and Red Friday) -There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company and many opportunities to get involved in various events/committees to make an impact. -Endless Chocolate!

I was a supervisor with RSC last year and I had a great experience. I could develop in my career and gain very important managerial skills including fast decision making.

Cons

RSC has a very fast paced environment as it is a production facility, it is sometimes hard to keep up.
