Pros
New leadership is making a huge difference in transforming the way the company works. They're transparent, focused on results and business growth but also on creating a positive, fun culture where people want to work. As an employee, we have fun at work, even though we're still working through some really serious business challenges.
Cons
Definitely still working through some key strategic transitions that will enable the business to be stronger. Departments historically have been pretty siloed, so the work that's being done now to build teamwork will be really important to improve internal collaboration.
