      Pros

      There is opportunity for advancement if you qualify and you also get to sample some of what you help to create in their break rooms. Lots of overtime sometimes.

      Cons

      The work can be very stressful at times especially if you are having trouble meeting your quota. There is also lots problems you can encounter. Sometimes there is too much overtime. You also may not always get to work in the department you are comfortable with. Your own.

      Pros

      You have a decent discount on products. Some of the management from the Factory was pleasant as well. The company takes care of its employees during the holidays.

      Cons

      The people I worked with had been there for years and wouldn't change how they works even when it was required. The Manager at the time would sleep with employees.
