      Pros

      My experience with Russell Stover was great. I worked in the Corsicana factory. I got to work with amazing co-workers and I had a wonderful supervisor and a very helpful lead. I started off working on the PDL line which I was good with. This specific line was fast paced which helped to make time go by faster.

      Cons

      The hours are long. The pay could be better but this depends on the department you are placed in. Sometimes they have lay offs and if you wait it out you may or may not get called back in.

      Pros

      Fast moving work environment. Very clean. Challenging job. Rather relaxed atmosphere in several work areas. Opportunities to move around in the company.

      Cons

      It can seem very hectic dealing with all the variables going into each product. Not for the faint of heart. Promotions are very diplomatic and depend on several perimeters.

      good work environment on store level, co workers are nice manager is awesome

      Cons

      the time frame for sets is unreasonable, pay for work load no comparable, store levels are micro managed, corporate office has too many people doing things their own way. told to set store one way only to be told by a different regional it is wrong and to re set and then to be told yet again it is wrong and to re set:) reviews are unfair(mine done by someone I only have met 6 times in 3 years) hr not helpful,
