They give you a territory that should have 3 sales reps in it and expect you to grow the business..since the Lindt take over some full timers have either been fired or left on their own because of conditions of their work load ( cannot get it done..spinning your wheels like a maniac) and have been replaced with 3 part timers...which we have been telling them for years...Lindt has let go of 3 executive managers..THANK GOD FOR THAT!!!! They need to continue to clean house....DVP'S DM'S and manager of Sales Reps needs to go..they don't have the vision to be team players...in the past it was all about them and ruling with an iron fist...I think it speaks volumes when we had a huge conference call with announcing the new roll-out of Lindt's plan for Russell Stover and our fearless leader asks us do we have any questions?? and there is dead silents...nobody asked not even one question lol...hopefully HR will see that we have no respect for top managment...they all need to be replaced in order to move forward..for to long everything has fell on deaf ears...they are a bunch of lying cohoarts trying to save their own butts!!!
